If the need arises, that your website is infected, down, or misconfigured, you may need to restore a previous backup. You can do this easily via our Jetbackup backup system in your cPanel system.<\/p>\n

FourStarHost now gives all of its web hosting customers the ability to restore their own accounts without needing to ask for assistance. Here is how to restore an account:<\/p>\n

  1. Log into your cPanel control panel and look for the JetBackup 5 icon<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2. Then, a new window will open with JetBackup. Click on Full Backups<\/strong><\/p>\n

    3.\u00a0Now select the full backup you want to restore or that you want to download to your computer<\/strong><\/p>\n
